Course Overview
This 5-module training course is designed to equip HR professionals, EHS officers, mental health specialists, and emergency response teams with the practical tools and frameworks needed to implement Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) within organizational settings. Participants will learn how to provide support after critical incidents at work, develop peer-led initiatives for peer support for critical incidents, and deliver timely stress debriefing for emergency situations. The course also covers strategies for managing psychological impact of workplace events and shaping a compassionate organizational response to traumatic events.
