Course Overview
This 5-module training course is designed to equip HR professionals, managers, and workplace wellbeing champions with the tools to implement compassionate, effective support systems for employees recovering from traumatic events. Participants will learn to apply “trauma-informed HR practices,” lead “psychological debriefing in the workplace,” and support “employees after traumatic events.” The course also explores how to “build resilience after critical incidents” and foster “safe spaces for employees affected by trauma,” promoting emotional recovery and organizational continuity.
